Aidin Milani has been actively involved in the grain and pulses industry for over 17 years in different regions and markets. He started as a mechanical engineer designing flour mills, and moved to sales and market development working with rice milling, optical sorting, seed & grain handling, and the processing of special grains and pulses. In recent years, and especially with the advent of novel technologies in the field of protein ingredients and other new applications, he has been working with companies and individuals to add more value to crops and commodities throughout the production cycle focusing on pulses, seeds and ancient grains.
