Kim Koch is the Senior Feed, Milling and Extrusion Specialist at the Northern Crops Institute. Some of Kim's responsibilities in the role include: leadership for extrusion processing and milling technology, as well as a lead instructor for Preventive Controls courses for Human & Animal Foods. Kim is also a North Dakota State University Adjunct Faculty Member in the Animal Science Department. Kim has a Master of Science in grain science and industry as well as a Doctorate in grain science and industry from Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kansas.
