The Northern Crops Institute (NCI) is hosting its third Ancient Grains Conference at a new location in 2024. The Northern Crops Institute located on the campus of North Dakota State University will host this year’s event.
The Ancient Grains Conference will be one of the last event’s hosted in NCI’s original building. The building is equipped with a baking laboratory, stone mill room, auditorium, and more.
The NCI is excited to utilize these spaces for the last time in the original building to make the Ancient Grains Conference a unique learning experience. The state-of-the-art equipment provides the opportunity for several hands-on activities and demonstrations.
