Lindsay Malone

Assistant Professor, Climate Smart Approaches in Ag | NDSU

Lindsay recently finished her PhD in Agronomy at UW Madison, studying soil health in soybean cropping systems. This includes soil health testing, cover crop strategies, and impacts of cropping practices on soil microbes...and of course crop yield! Starting in Fall 2022, Lindsay began researching “Climate Smart Agriculture” at NDSU in Fargo, ND. Her career-long research goals are to help make farming safer, more efficient, and more environmentally sustainable. Farmers like her mom, dad, and brother inspire her every day!
