Patrick has been at Baker’s Field Flour and Bread for the last five and a half years. He started out with zero experience and acquired all of his baking and milling knowledge at Baker’s Field Flour and Bread. In his new role as Head Baker/Head Miller, Patrick has taken that learning process one step further by working directly with our farmers to source grains. Having grown up in Illinois and moving to Minnesota in 2016, Patrick has spent the majority of his life in the Midwest and is proud to play a small but growing role in the local grain economy.
