Peltier Complex

Fargo, ND

The Northern Crops Institute (NCI) is hosting its third Ancient Grains Conference at a new location in 2024. The Peltier Complex located on the campus of North Dakota State University will host this year’s event. The building is also the recent new home of the NCI, among other collaborating groups such as NDSU’s food sciences, meat sciences, and cereal sciences, and the NDTO, and the USDA.

The Ancient Grains Conference will be one of the NCI’s large events debuting in this new space. The building is equipped with a food-grade baking laboratory, instructional laboratory, stone mill room, plenty of breakout spaces, a dining room, and much, much more.

The NCI is excited to utilize the spaces in the Peltier Complex to make the Ancient Grains Conference a unique learning experience. The state-of-the-art equipment provides the opportunity for several hands-on activities and demonstrations.
